Trial week

One week of daily lunches, or your next meeting or training day, at normal price. Judge the food and the punctuality.

Standing order

Lock in your weekly schedule once. We deliver automatically, you get one monthly invoice. Volume rates from 50 pax daily.

We're not a restaurant with a delivery bag — we're a food production facility. Every kitchen runs on documented SOPs, and we're happy to be audited: client walk-through visits can be arranged by appointment.

Meat & poultry from halal-certified suppliers only

All chicken, beef and processed proteins are purchased exclusively from suppliers holding valid halal certification. Supplier certificates are on file and available on request.

Daily fresh sourcing, centrally purchased

Vegetables and perishables are bought centrally on a daily/next-day cycle — volume buying keeps quality up and your price down.

Full ingredient traceability

Every batch is cooked to a system-logged recipe with recorded ingredient lots — if you ask what's in Tuesday's rendang, we can answer to the supplier level.

About EPiC

Twelve years of cooking. Now cooking for your office.

EPiC is a food production company, not a restaurant. Since 2014 we've grown into a network of 24-hour central kitchens across Klang Valley, cooking over 1,500 meals a day for delivery platforms and, now, directly for offices, colleges and teams.

That history matters for one reason: we've already made the mistakes on someone else's lunch. Our recipes are locked, our costs are controlled, and our delivery discipline was forged by years of same-hour delivery at volume. Corporate catering isn't a new adventure for us — it's the thing our kitchens were built to do best.

The team behind your lunch: The Epic Food Group Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian company with a full-time production, logistics and client service team. When you sign a standing order, you get a named account manager on WhatsApp — not a hotline.

FAQ

The questions every office admin asks.

What's the minimum order?

15 boxes per delivery. For daily standing orders of 50+ pax, ask us about contract rates.

When do I need to order by?

Same-day lunch: by 10:00 AM. Large orders (100+ pax): by 8:00 PM the day before. Standing orders: set your schedule once and forget it.

Do you provide proper invoices?

Yes — itemised company invoices suitable for claims and procurement, with monthly consolidated billing and 30-day terms for corporate accounts.

Is the food halal?

We are Muslim-friendly: no pork, no lard, no alcohol, and all meat and poultry come exclusively from halal-certified suppliers (certificates available on request). Our JAKIM halal certification application is in progress — until it's granted, we make no halal claim.

Can you handle dietary needs?

A vegetarian option is available every day. Allergies, no-beef, or no-spice requests — just tell us on WhatsApp when you order.

What if a delivery is late?

Our operating rule is simple: if a delivery is ever at risk of running late, we call you before you notice. Punctuality is the product — it's why standing-order clients stay.
